ERIC

Eric Coe

Eric began training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai in 2011 at the age of 17 in Longmont, Colorado. After quickly discovering his passion for martial arts, he committed himself to both training and coaching, beginning his teaching journey in 2013 with youth programs before expanding into adult instruction.

Throughout his competitive career, Eric focused primarily on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, earning notable achievements including a 3rd place finish at the Pan American Championships as a blue belt and a Fight to Win brown belt title. He received his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt from Matt Jubera in 2021.

As an instructor, Eric is passionate about helping students grow both technically and personally. He enjoys seeing students build confidence, overcome challenges, and experience the physical and mental benefits of martial arts training.

Outside of the gym, Eric enjoys staying active through cycling, basketball, and other Colorado adventures. He looks forward to continuing to build a strong and supportive grappling program at Denver Muay Thai.
